Many items can be explored from the parking lot to the beach, such as the Dead Neck Trail, which runs from the parking lot to the mouth of Waquoit Bay.

Boating

With a boat, you may explore the water and the islands. Take your boat into the water from a boat launch and enjoy the peace and calmness of the water. In the sea, there are a few small islands with natural pools. The scenery from these islands is breathtaking.

Something to note is that there are no dogs allowed on the beach from the start of April to the end of September. Swim carefully in the water when there is no safeguard available.

If you are a resident of Mashpee or planning to visit the city then South Cape Beach State Park should be in your bucket. The place is worth exploring with its stunning scenes and relaxing environment.
